Registration

To attend ICMCR 2025, at least one author per paper needs to register in order to have the paper included. And each registration entitles only one person to attend the conference and publication of only one paper.

Note:

1. All payment are to be made in USD by Visa/Master Card throught the Online Payment System or Bank Transfer.
2. The registration fee includes a copy of the conference proceedings, admission to all technical sessions, two coffee breaks, one lunch and one dinner.
3. Delegate could attend all conference program arrangements but neither making presentation nor having paper published.

Paper Page Limit

Each registration covers 5 pages. Extra page will be charged at 50 USD one page.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
* 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
* 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
* Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email

* The organizing committees reserves the right to change the dates and place of the conference due to force majeure.
* Losses thus incurred from the force majeure events shall not be liabled and refunds policy shall not apply as well.
